Eric founded Stratcen Communications in 2021. He brings a decade of experience in strategic communications, public affairs, and stakeholder engagement across California. His work spans local government, education, utilities, and emerging technologies, helping organizations communicate with clarity, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and advance strategic initiatives.

Natalie is a certified paralegal with more than a decade of experience in the Central Valley legal field. She holds a Juris Doctor and a bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies. She leverages her legal and technical expertise to support clients with precision, responsiveness, and meticulous attention to detail. She is fluent in English and Spanish.

Leo brings nearly a decade of experience in strategic communications for nonprofit organizations. He specializes in storytelling, advocacy campaigns, photography and videography, helping organizations create compelling communications that engage audiences and inspire action.
